If your dog refuses the chew, contact us within seven days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund on your first pack, limited to one first-time order per household.

Returns

Unused, unopened eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used pet chews are normally non-returnable for health and safety reasons, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items or where required by law. The First Pack Promise above remains available for an eligible first Churpi pack.

Safe chewing

Always supervise chewing. Choose a chew appropriate for your dog’s size and chewing style. Remove it when it becomes small enough to swallow whole or develops sharp edges. This is a treat, not a complete and balanced diet. Consult your veterinarian before use if your dog has food sensitivities, dental problems, dietary restrictions, or other medical concerns.
