30-Day Returns
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@chewmaya.com with your order number.
Freckles AI Robot Returns
For change-of-mind returns, the robot must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.
If your Freckles AI robot arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
Free Reservations & Preorders
Reserving Freckles AI for $0 is completely free and does not constitute a purchase or charge your payment method.
You may cancel your free reservation at any time by contacting us.
If paid preorders become available, final pricing, estimated shipping dates, cancellation options, and refund terms will be disclosed before payment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are generally nonrefundable for these returns.
For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, we will provide remedies and cover shipping where required by applicable law.
Previously Purchased Products
Eligible unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Opened pet chews, treats, and food are generally nonreturnable for hygiene reasons, except where defective, incorrect, or required by law.
Existing orders retain the return and refund rights promised at the time of purchase.
