WHERE DOES CHEWMAYA SHIP?

ChewMaya currently ships within the United States only, including Himalayan Churpi chews and non-food products.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard U.S. shipping is $3.99 on eligible orders under $70. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Final available shipping options are shown at checkout.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

IS THERE A FIRST-ORDER DISCOUNT?

Eligible first-time customers can use FIRSTPACK10 for 10% off their first order. The code is limited to customers who have not previously purchased and can be used once per customer.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened pet chews, treats, food, and consumables cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where required by law. Contact support@chewmaya.com before returning anything.

WHAT IS THE FIRST PACK PROMISE?

If your dog refuses the chew, contact us within seven days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund on your first pack, limited to one first-time order per household. This product-specific promise is separate from our standard return eligibility.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CHEWMAYA?

Email support@chewmaya.com. Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order. We generally respond within 1–2 business days.

HOW SHOULD I GIVE MY DOG A CHURPI CHEW?

Always supervise your dog while chewing. Choose a chew appropriate for your dog's size and chewing behavior. Remove it if it becomes small enough to swallow, develops sharp edges, or creates a choking risk. Consult your veterinarian if your dog has dairy sensitivities, dental problems, dietary restrictions, or other medical concerns.
